Terms and Conditions

By booking travel services or using the International Hajj website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update this Agreement at any time without notice; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Services Disclaimer

International Hajj is not affiliated with any U.S. or foreign government office and is not responsible for the issuance of travel documents. We act as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport). Services are subject to availability and the terms of those providers, including limitations on liability.

We do our best to ensure accurate information, but we are not liable for errors or outdated content. Prices and services may change without notice. All travel documents issued are non-transferable and may have restrictions.

Travelers’ Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for securing necessary passports, visas, and health documentation. Special assistance requests must be made in writing at booking. We will attempt to accommodate but are not liable if unable to do so. Travelers needing personal assistance must travel with a capable companion.

Liability

International Hajj is not responsible for missed parts of the tour due to traveler delays or for unutilized services. We are also not liable for risks beyond our control such as accidents, illness, natural disasters, political unrest, or medical care access. Participation in any activity is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, International Hajj disclaims all liability for damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, or issues with third-party providers. We are not liable for cancellations, delays, strikes, government actions, or issues due to documentation errors.

Shipping of Documents

We use FedEx to return documents unless provided with a pre-paid label. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by shipping providers.

Website and Content

All content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or virus-free service. We are not responsible for outages or security breaches, although we use appropriate security measures.

Third-Party Providers

All providers are independent and not agents of International Hajj. We are not responsible for their actions, errors, or service failures.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposits and final payments must be made on time as specified at booking. Cancellation fees vary by provider and package type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on third-party policies. Administrative fees may apply.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or delays. International Hajj is not responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance.

Missing Luggage Policy

If any of your valuable items or luggage is lost during the Umrah or the journey, we are not responsible for it. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your belongings.
